CWCE employs professionals and technical support personals who have gained professional experience in the road and building construction industries in Ethiopia.

The geotechnical department of CWCE established by experienced staff of geotechnical engineers, geologist and technicians. Our department focused in in-situ testing; drilling and detailed site investigations which includes laboratory testing for soil, rock, geological mapping, geophysical surveys and land surveying; road and railway foundation analysis, and land slide assessment.

CWCE have conducted a wide variety of projects related to geotechnical engineering including foundations investigations for major structures administrated by Ethiopian Roads Administration, and high rising buildings including Addis Ababa City Government Housing Agency projects,

CWCE has experience in providing surveying and geotechnical slope stability assessment, analysis, recommendation and counter measure for trunk road corridor.
